📋 Description

• Drive the quarterly goal-setting process and hold KPI owners accountable to their targets • Oversee all aspects of people operations, from recruitment to off-boarding • Lead, coach and develop a team of eight, including regular one-on-ones and performance reviews • Run cross-team initiatives end-to-end, including planning, delegation, work assignment and progress reporting • Own the operational cost base, including vendor/freelancer contracts, tooling spend and budget decisions up to a set limit • Foster company culture and internal communication • Organise company retreats and run workshops • Maintain the company handbook • Monitor operational performance and flag issues before they become problems

🎯 Requirements

• At least Bachelor's degree; open to both Arts and Science degrees • Strong analytical skills • Proven track record in a small company (10 to 30 employees) • Excellent project management skills • German speaker at least level C2 • Fluent in English • Capable of multitasking, prioritising effectively, and solving problems in a dynamic environment • Strong leadership, management and decision-making skills • Ability to drive results and foster a collaborative team environment • Must be based in Switzerland • Must already hold a work permit for Switzerland
