📋 Description

• Lead tax compliance and advisory activities across the EMEA region and beyond • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, including Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax, and Withholding Tax across EMEA • Partner with Sales to ensure compliant and efficient deal structures in Europe and the rest of the world • Identify non-compliance risks and implement tax-risk mitigation measures • Manage transfer pricing policies and documentation in accordance with local and international requirements • Ensure intercompany pricing aligns with the tax model and update markups and methodologies as needed • Represent the company in tax audits and discussions with tax authorities • Serve as the primary organizational contact for tax-related matters

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in international taxation, transfer pricing, and indirect taxes • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Comfortable navigating complex regulatory environments • Proactive approach to addressing tax risks • Confidence representing the company with external authorities • Full-time availability • Ability to work from home or from a Central Europe office in Bratislava, Brno, or Prague
