📋 Description

• Support the Project Management Department in overseeing budgets, planning, and technical aspects of construction projects • Assist in managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams • Cooperate with process, packing, and utilities disciplines • Monitor construction progress and inform the client on work progress • Contact investors, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers • Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, schedule, and cashflow • Oversee tender specifications and cooperate with Company and Client administrative and legal departments • Ensure planning and observation of contractual provisions within deadlines set by the contract and design • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and report concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Two years experience in construction/site management, preferably in industrial projects • Proficient knowledge of English and Polish • Experience in MS Project software • Proactive, detail oriented, responsible and committed • Willingness to travel or relocate across Poland as per business needs
