📋 Description

• Coordinate with Clinical Trial Managers and other regional trial members, such as CRAs, in clinical trial activities • Support various trial-related tasks while being allocated to multiple projects simultaneously • Serve as an expert in document management and related clinical-trial processes • Maintain electronic clinical trial management systems and keep databases updated • Use multiple systems to obtain information on trial status • Ensure optimal communication with internal and external partners regarding team administrative tasks • Support the regional trial team in identifying issues, developing solutions, and implementing them

🎯 Requirements

• Min. high school diploma • Preferably at least one year experience working with clinical trial as project assistant or similar, preferably in a CRO • Knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trials documentation lifecycle and Good Documentation Practice is an asset • Highly developed administrative and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments • Fluency in English • Strong verbal and written communication and social skills in an international team • Strong MS-Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook etc.) • Experience working with Veeva systems is an asset
