📋 Description

• Own product UI/UX for client mobile and web apps from discovery through handoff across multiple engagements as needed • Run client-facing design reviews, workshops, and async critique during US business hours • Turn briefs into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes • Build and maintain design systems and component libraries • Partner with PMs and engineers on scope, edge cases, empty states, loading, errors, accessibility, and platform conventions • Produce build-ready Figma files with named layers, variants, auto-layout, redlines or tokens, and export-ready assets • Use AI design and research tools to accelerate exploration and copy, reviewing outputs before client or sprint delivery • Identify design risks early when briefs, timelines, product asks, or technical constraints conflict

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years designing production mobile and/or web products that went live • Portfolio showing full case studies with problem, constraints, design decisions, and shipped result • Experience with client-facing design reviews and calls with founders or product owners • Agency or consultancy experience preferred • Figma fluency, including components, variants, auto-layout, variables or tokens, prototyping, shared libraries, and clean file structure • Systems-thinking and experience designing reusable patterns, states, and edge cases • Mobile and web literacy across iOS, Android, and responsive web • Experience using AI design and research tools such as Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar • English at C1 or above • Availability for US-hours overlap through roughly 5 PM EST • Ability to estimate honestly, surface blockers early, and complete commitments
