📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of ETL and data pipelines across multiple platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. • Define and implement best practices for data integration, transformation, quality, security, and governance. • Manage data migrations, archival processes, and integrations across various systems and databases. • Create and maintain advanced data visualizations, dashboards, and analytical models using Power BI or equivalent. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. • Implement and configure platform components and new features for new and existing clients. • Set up and maintain unified data models across disparate data sources. • Engage with customers to gather requirements, scope and prioritize technical requests, and provide hands-on implementation support. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, owning system performance and reliability. • Develop sustainable, automated solutions for recurring issues and drive internal tools and process optimization. • Maintain detailed documentation and internal knowledge bases for configurations, workflows, and best practices. • Mentor and support team members, fostering technical growth and adherence to best practices. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback that enhances the platform and customer experience. • Promote Boldr’s values through cross-team collaboration, positive culture, integrity, and purpose.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Information Management, or a similar field. • 3–5+ years in a technical role managing and manipulating large datasets, such as ETL, data warehousing, analytics, or data science. • 6+ years in a client-facing role serving as a point of contact for technical and non-technical users. • Extensive experience with SQL Server, ETL/data pipelines, and data engineering in hybrid on-premise/cloud environments. • Hands-on experience designing and operating data solutions within Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Pipelines, or Data Engineering workloads. • Familiarity with scripting/programming languages for data processing, including Python and SQL scripts. • Proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, and advanced dashboard design. • Knowledge of data governance, quality, security, and compliance best practices. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Nice to have: Working knowledge of Java and/or Scala. • Nice to have: Marketing technology industry and relevant vendor knowledge. • Nice to have: Experience with Dynamics 365/Dataverse data integration. • Nice to have: Experience implementing large-scale data pipelines and optimization strategies. • Nice to have: Exposure to business intelligence strategy, metadata management, and advanced analytics techniques. • Nice to have: Experience leading technical initiatives.
