📋 Description

• Analyze the market, brand performance, and competitive landscape using retailer panels and sell-out data • Monitor competitors and media activity • Track and analyze promotional activities • Contribute to the development of the annual Marketing Plan • Participate in product innovation projects with the R&D teams based in Italy • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including corridor tests • Contribute to the creation and monitoring of packaging, including agency briefing and creative follow-up • Contribute to 360° communication campaigns across TV, digital, and in-store channels • Update the website and e-commerce content • Participate in on-the-ground and digital marketing activations • Collaborate with the Group’s R&D, Sales, and Digital teams, as well as external agencies

🎯 Requirements

• Student at a business school or enrolled in a Master’s degree program specializing in Marketing (fourth- or fifth-year level) • Initial experience in marketing or trade marketing within the FMCG sector is highly desirable • Team-oriented, curious, thorough, and self-motivated • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills • Fluent English required, particularly for communication with the R&D teams in Italy
