📋 Description

• Manage facility and utility plants at the Nova Milanese site, including the thermal power plant, water plant, and surveillance system • Manage in-house and external suppliers to ensure process continuity • Manage applications for recording and verifying plant maintenance • Ensure execution, recording, and archiving of maintenance for regulatory purposes • Analyze site-plant consumption and develop improvement projects • Update and review plant maintenance plans to maintain expected efficiency standards • Manage projects related to the plants under responsibility • Comply with and monitor adherence to safety rules and report interventions to remove unsafe conditions • Oversee thermal power, water, heating, surveillance, civil works, buildings, and infrastructure • Report directly to the Plant Utilities and Facilities Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degrees in engineering field • Any previous experience in production areas is considered a plus • Knowledge of MS Office packages • Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus • Italian and English
