📋 Description
• Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements • Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to translate business needs into clear User Stories and acceptance criteria • Own and maintain high-quality project documentation, including Confluence pages, user manuals, and functional specifications • Ensure traceability between business requirements, User Stories, and delivered functionality • Prepare process flows, business rules, and solution design documentation • Support UAT, implementation, and knowledge transfer activities • Proactively identify risks, documentation gaps, and open items, driving stakeholders to timely resolution
🎯 Requirements
• Proven BA experience in the Payments and/or Fintech industry • Experience delivering greenfield projects end to end. • Strong knowledge of Open Banking and/or Payments domain • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience writing User Stories, functional specifications, and process documentation • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and delivery management • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive clarity on open items
