📋 Description

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot • Design scalable and reliable software solutions • Collaborate with distributed teams throughout the software development lifecycle • Use AI tools to accelerate delivery and solve technical challenges • Participate in English, internal technical, client, and cultural-fit interview stages

🎯 Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency • 5+ years of professional software development experience • Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot • Practical knowledge of AI tools for software development • Ability to use AI tools for tasks beyond the primary technology stack • Adaptability to different technologies and technical requirements • Must be employed in the company at 0.125 FTE under UoP (employment contract) • Additionally engaged under a service contract (B2B or mandate contract) • Candidate must be located in Poland • Python scripting, Next.js, AWS Glue Jobs, Generative AI and prompt engineering are optional nice-to-have qualifications
