📋 Description

• Execute the monthly group consolidation process • Prepare elimination entries and perform foreign exchange translation • Calculate cumulative translation adjustments (CTA) • Administer and configure the group consolidation tool • Calculate recurring intercompany charges in alignment with transfer pricing policies • Transition intercompany accounting processes in-house from external advisors • Maintain a comprehensive intercompany transaction register • Prepare lender reporting packages, compliance covenant schedules, Group US GAAP financial statements, footnote disclosure packages, and annual financial disclosure checklists • Review international entity trial balance submissions from South Africa, Mexico, and Brazil • Ensure proper mapping to the group chart of accounts and maintain data integrity • Collect internal control evidence and track management letter recommendations • Coordinate audit request deliverables • Oversee share-based compensation schedules, valuation tracking, and cost allocations across entities • Provide backup support for daily cash positioning and liquidity forecasting • Assist the Statutory Reporting Manager during peak reporting cycles • Work closely with the Senior Accounting Manager reporting to drive independent Group Reporting operations

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on accounting experience with proven expertise in multi-entity group consolidations • Recognized professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) • Strong practical knowledge of US GAAP, including foreign currency translation and intercompany eliminations • Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort managing large, complex datasets • Resilience and problem-solving mindset • Strong interest in software/AI automation • Proficiency in spoken and written English • Big 4 or top-tier audit background with deep expertise in full-cycle financial reporting, intercompany recharges, and cost-plus transfer pricing • Hands-on experience leading or configuring new ERP and consolidation system implementations in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment • Proven track record of managing distributed financial operations, including external bookkeeping providers and regional accounting partners
