📋 Description

• Create high-quality ad creatives for paid social campaigns based on briefs, marketing goals, and ad performance insights • Develop visual concepts and produce videos, images, animations, music, and voiceovers using AI tools • Experiment with AI tools and workflows to create fresh, engaging ad creatives • Propose original ideas, visual solutions, and creative concepts beyond the initial brief • Collaborate with Creative and Product teams to develop and improve ad creatives • Adapt ad materials to different formats, placements, and campaign requirements, including Meta Ads • Manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience creating visual and video content with AI for advertising or digital marketing • Experience with AI tools such as Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, Suno, ElevenLabs, and Lovart • Experience with CapCut for editing and post-production • Experience collaborating with Creative and Product teams in a fast-paced environment • Understanding of paid social ad creatives and formats, particularly Meta platforms • Strong creative thinking and ability to turn briefs into engaging visual concepts • Ability to organize work independently, set priorities, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines • Readiness to experiment with new AI tools, techniques, and content-creation approaches • Portfolio with examples of AI creatives, videos, or advertising projects
