📋 Description

• Support Purchasing Project Management • Support localization projects in Southeast Asia • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Manufacturing regarding quality, trials, orders and related matters • Create management presentations • Coordinate quality issue reports • Coordinate shipments and onsite visits • Collaborate with international and local teams • Handle purchasing processes, including change management, requests for quotations, purchasing requisitions and purchasing orders

🎯 Requirements

• University studies in bachelor’s or master’s degree • Good written and spoken English; German is a plus • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP and PILUM preferable • Analytical, structured and self-organized • Networking ability and assertiveness, persuasiveness and team orientation • Very good communication skills • Ability to maintain an overview in complex projects and coordinate own topics • Ability to defend professional opinions in discussions • Enthusiasm for challenging tasks and international cooperation • Former working experience in purchasing, project management or engineering preferable • Internship experience of 6 months or more preferable • Availability for Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–5:30 pm
