📋 Description

• Translate technical milestones and financial proofs into compelling narratives for defense leadership • Secure placements, profiles, and op-eds in leading defense trade and AI business publications • Write, manage, and publish website copy in WordPress • Work with the government affairs team to craft collateral, white papers, and digital messaging supporting a dedicated Line Item or Program of Record • Draft and place case studies and thought-leadership articles about AI-driven predictive logistics • Maximize executive presence and media engagement around major defense milestones and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of helping bring a technology company from pilot/SBIR into a funded multi-year DoD program • Strong experience managing PR, product marketing, or corporate communications for an enterprise software company working with the DoD • Deep understanding of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework, SBIR Phase III scaling, the POM cycle, Working Capital Funds, and how language gets integrated into the NDAA • Established, warm relationships with leading defense tech journalists, defense acquisition analysts, and major think-tank contributors • Ability to write intelligently about secure software architecture, including cATO and Impact Level 4/5 • US citizenship required • Secret clearance is a plus
