📋 Description

• Lead business discovery after signature by mapping client supply chain workflows, decision-makers, pain points, and success metrics • Define and prioritize onboarding use cases and translate them into scoped requirements for the Forward Deployed Engineer • Own client business stakeholders through onboarding, including steering meetings, expectation and scope management, and timeline tracking • Translate between client operations and Nauta’s AI by explaining agent capabilities and limitations • Bring client insights back to the Forward Deployed Engineer and Research team • Build client value cases through baseline metrics, post-go-live impact tracking, and renewal and expansion narratives • Co-own handback with the Forward Deployed Engineer, documenting success criteria and value and transferring expansion opportunities to Customer Success and Sales • Report to the Head of FDE & Research and work alongside the Forward Deployed Engineer from signature through go-live

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in strategy or management consulting, solutions consulting, customer-facing product roles, or operations at a tech startup • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and turning complex operational realities into prioritized plans • Ability to read dashboards, build analyses in spreadsheets or basic SQL, and turn findings into actionable recommendations • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and AI agents in enterprise workflows • Able to partner with engineers without being responsible for building • Structured, concise executive communication skills • Fluency in Spanish and English • Based in LATAM or the US • Available to work across time zones and travel to client sites when needed • Nice to have: background in supply chain, logistics, or operations • Nice to have: experience at an MBB or Big 4 consulting firm, or an AI/SaaS company with a forward-deployed model • Nice to have: hands-on experience prototyping workflows with LLMs or no-code tools
