📋 Description

• Analyze and document existing processes in Marketing, Sales and Service • Design and implement optimized CRM processes in HubSpot • Implement and configure Workflows, Automations and Custom Objects • Develop and deliver HubSpot trainings • Quality assurance and testing of CRM structures • Conduct workshops to capture requirements with clients • Work closely with our clients to continuously optimize their systems

🎯 Requirements

• Some initial experience with HubSpot (admin, consultant or implementation role) • Ideally experience in B2B Sales Operations • Solid understanding of business processes and data structures • Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style • Good communication and presentation skills • Very good German (C1) and English (B2) skills
