📋 Description

• Proactively drive sourcing activities and identify qualified candidates through various talent pools and sourcing channels. • Leverage the company’s internal candidate database to identify and engage suitable candidates. • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and keep them engaged throughout the sourcing process. • Identify, approach, and engage passive candidates. • Review resumes and candidate profiles against role requirements. • Conduct initial virtual screenings to assess candidate suitability. • Monitor industry trends, salary data, talent availability, and talent acquisition strategies. • Create and maintain talent pipelines and candidate networks. • Collaborate with Recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to tailor sourcing strategies. • Track and analyze sourcing metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruitment Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, or a related field. • Background in sourcing and recruiting across various industries and niche roles, such as Virtual Healthcare Assistants, Developers, Accountants, and similar positions. • Strong aptitude for working with ATS and CRM systems, as well as LinkedIn Recruiter. • Experience utilizing internal candidate databases and other existing talent pools to support sourcing efforts. • Proficiency in navigating Google Workspace and Microsoft applications. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with leaders, candidates, Recruiters, and team members. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple assigned roles and meet deadlines. • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and driving process improvements. • High level of integrity and discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters. • Familiarity with Talent Analytics and sourcing-related metrics. • Openness to flexibility in work schedule and strong punctuality are highly desirable traits for the ideal candidate.
