📋 Description

• Manage email inboxes and calendars • Schedule meetings and coordinate across time zones • Data entry and CRM updates • Online research and report preparation • Document creation (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) • Task tracking and deadline follow-ups • Light social media or marketing support (if assigned) • Assist with internal operations and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant • Advanced English (written & spoken) • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Reliable internet and professional home setup • Preferred Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, etc.) • Project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello) • Staffing, recruiting, real estate, or operations experience • Bilingual English/Spanish
