📋 Description

• Design and implement production-grade agentic workflows using Reflection, Self-Correction, Planning, and Multi-Agent Orchestration patterns • Own the full lifecycle of agent systems from rapid prototype through production deployment • Build agents considering token budgets, latency targets, graceful degradation, and cost observability • Develop multi-model systems combining ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity outputs • Identify sentiment discrepancies, detect brand hallucinations, and surface actionable customer intelligence • Design and maintain scalable serverless backend services using Python and AWS Lambda • Build LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation frameworks, trace-based testing pipelines, and quality feedback loops • Collaborate with Software Engineers and Product Managers to integrate agentic behaviors into production frameworks • Ensure AI systems are stateful, observable, and resilient

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time professional software engineering experience; internships, training programs and academic projects do not count • Production experience shipping agentic systems for an employer or customers • Experience with ReAct, Planning, Reflection, and Multi-Agent Orchestration patterns • Experience handling failure modes, state management, and non-deterministic model outputs • Experience building and using custom evaluation frameworks such as LLM-as-a-Judge, trace-based testing, and regression suites • Hands-on experience with frontier model APIs from OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, or Anthropic, including function calling, structured outputs, and streaming • Strong Python skills for AI orchestration • Strongly preferred: working knowledge of C#/.NET • Strongly preferred: production experience with AWS serverless services, including Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge • Strongly preferred: experience with agentic developer tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or custom agentic CLI workflows
