📋 Description

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend services that solve real customer problems • Collaborate with Product Managers in problem discovery and solution creation using technical expertise • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements • Enhance team output by improving functionality and proactively addressing technical debt • Contribute to improving collaboration and communication • Participate in technical and culture-focused interviews as part of the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for technology, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic • Proficient in backend development with TypeScript or another strongly typed language • Experience with SQL databases • Experience with Nest.js or similar web/dependency management frameworks, such as Spring Boot • Strong understanding of system design principles, scalability, and performance tuning • 5+ years of professional experience building backend systems in fast-paced environments • Experience with fintech, highly regulated industries, or document processing is a plus • Currently residing in Spain or Portugal and having the legal right to work there • Availability to work remotely and travel to Berlin or other locations for quarterly team events
