📋 Description

• Provide legal advice to the Executive Board and specialist departments on association matters • Take responsibility for the articles of association, regulations, and draft resolutions • Provide legal support for statements submitted during legislative proceedings • Review contracts, partnerships, and publications • Coordinate academic support and the handling of consumer complaints • Coordinate with external legal counsel where necessary • Provide ongoing legal support to the association and ensure the quality of its regulations and official statements

🎯 Requirements

• Legal training, ideally including the Second State Examination or professional admission to practice • Experience in association law, civil law, or public law • Precise and comprehensible written and verbal communication • Sound judgment, including on politically sensitive issues • Reliable adherence to deadlines
