📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and evolve AWS production infrastructure • Automate and industrialize infrastructure using Terraform • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines • Administer and optimize containerized environments with Kubernetes and/or ECS • Evolve service observability: metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting • Contribute to defining and tracking SLIs/SLOs • Translate availability requirements into practical monitoring, redundancy, and deployment solutions • Participate in production incident management, root cause analysis, and postmortems • Strengthen infrastructure security and best practices for access and secrets management • Automate repetitive operational tasks to reduce manual intervention • Support development teams with infrastructure, deployment, and production-related challenges • Identify and drive improvements in reliability, performance, security, and Cloud costs • Evolve runbooks, documentation, and SRE best practices • Contribute to the reliability, availability, performance, and security of production services • Work with a high degree of autonomy across the entire infrastructure lifecycle, from automation through production operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering • Strong experience with AWS production environments • Hands-on experience with systems where availability, reliability, and performance are critical • Experience handling production incidents and investigating their root causes • Strong understanding of Cloud, infrastructure, and production operations • Ability to work with Engineering and Product teams • Advanced English proficiency, enabling daily work in an international environment • AWS: VPC, EC2/ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, Load Balancers, Route 53, CloudWatch • Terraform and production experience with Infrastructure as Code • Kubernetes and/or ECS • CI/CD • Monitoring / Observability: Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, CloudWatch • Linux, networking, and DNS • Scripting: Bash, Python, or Go • Secrets management and security best practices • Experience managing production incidents • Technical expertise, autonomy, and pragmatism • Ability to analyze incidents systematically and remain calm under pressure • Proactive mindset and ability to take improvements through to implementation • Reliability-focused mindset and ability to anticipate problems • Understanding of the impact of infrastructure decisions on the product and its users • Comfortable working in an international, largely remote environment
