📋 Description

• Review and track client medical treatments throughout the treatment lifecycle • Request and obtain medical and billing records and necessary affidavits • Review medical and billing records for accuracy and completeness • Contact medical providers and records/billing departments for status updates • Submit some requests via Chartswap and make direct phone calls to medical facilities • Provide weekly status updates in the firm's systems • Research and manage subrogation liens, including Medicaid/Medicare and hospital liens • Manage a caseload of 30–40 active cases and increasing caseloads • Assist the Case Manager in confirming clients received necessary medical treatment

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in a medical assistant, medical office, or healthcare-related role preferred • Knowledge of medical terminology, billing codes, and medical records management preferred • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • English/Spanish bilingual ability indicated in the role title
