📋 Description

• Serve as the squad's technical reference for topics related to AI Engineering and Software. • Lead the technical and architectural design of solutions based on AI Agents, LLMs and RAG architectures. • Make high-complexity technical decisions involving scalability, security, performance and system integration. • Develop high-quality solutions following software engineering best practices. • Define technical standards, frameworks and best practices for the evolution of the AI platform. • Work hands-on in the development of critical solutions. • Translate business needs into technically viable architectures and solutions. • Mentor developers and disseminate technical knowledge within the team. • Influence strategic decisions related to the adoption and evolution of AI across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in backend software engineering. • Advanced experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. • Hands-on experience building solutions using Generative AI. • Proven experience creating AI Agents for enterprise environments. • Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, ADK or similar. • Solid knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures. • Experience integrating LLMs and orchestrating agents. • Knowledge of observability, monitoring and performance. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with Cloud environments (preferably GCP). • Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns and component-based engineering. • Ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions. • Consultative profile with the ability to work closely with business areas. • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking. • Ability to influence decisions and navigate highly complex environments. • Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive audiences. • Proactive, results-oriented mindset. • Ownership mentality. • Ability to operate in transformation scenarios. • Strong collaboration skills and a partnership-oriented approach.
