📋 Description

• Ensure the smooth operation of digital payment and billing processes for the Jelbi platform • Actively contribute to the ongoing development of payment and billing processes • Manage and monitor payment processes, including monitoring, error analysis, and incident coordination • Monitor settlement, payout, and reconciliation processes • Ensure the quality and traceability of payment and billing data • Analyze discrepancies in payment flows and coordinate their resolution with internal and external stakeholders • Support billing, invoicing, and reporting processes with KPIs and management information • Develop new standards and monitoring concepts • Identify manual processes and support automation initiatives as well as the introduction of new payment functionalities • Collaborate with Product Management, Finance, Accounting, and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge, skills, and experience in Payment Operations, payment processing, and payment and billing processes, acquired through a relevant degree in business administration, business informatics, or industrial engineering, relevant commercial vocational training, or equivalent professional experience • In-depth understanding of payment processes and their lifecycle • Experience analyzing complex data and process relationships at the interface between technical and commercial functions • Very good German language skills (at least B2 level) • Good English language skills • Experience with Payment Service Providers and digital platform, marketplace, mobility, e-commerce, or FinTech business models is an advantage • Knowledge of reporting, monitoring, and data analysis tools, such as Excel, BI tools, or comparable solutions • Structured and analytical approach to work • Strong communication skills • Ability to solve operational challenges pragmatically and independently drive improvements
