📋 Description

• Support one or more cross-functional teams in delivering business initiatives • Act as a hands-on partner throughout the delivery process • Break down requirements, analyse dependencies and help teams plan achievable milestones • Track delivery progress, identify risks early and communicate updates to stakeholders • Facilitate communication between engineering, product and leadership teams • Guide requirement analysis using user stories, epics and supporting documentation • Remove blockers, manage escalations and balance competing priorities • Encourage continuous improvement by refining processes, tools and best practices • Improve team performance through coaching, facilitation and problem-solving • Support delivery of technology-driven betting and gaming experiences for a global audience

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst within software or technical environments • Solid understanding of project management methods and ability to apply the right approach for each situation • Excellent analytical thinking and ability to work with complex concepts and imperfect data • Exceptional communication skills to motivate, influence and collaborate across multiple teams • Highly organised and able to manage shifting priorities while maintaining key objectives • Strategic mindset with ability to anticipate challenges • Sound technical understanding and ability to work effectively with engineering teams • Results-driven, proactive and comfortable taking initiative • Ability to work remotely in Europe or the UK
