📋 Description

• Support retailers and store teams with day-to-day queries relating to retail technology and store systems • Build relationships with independent retailers and company-operated store teams to understand operational challenges and identify improvement opportunities • Assist in delivery of retail technology projects involving EPOS, store networking, digital retail solutions and back-office systems • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to provide timely store support • Act as key contact between retail operations and technical teams, translating store requirements into practical business solutions • Support implementation of new technologies, processes and initiatives within stores • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance and store productivity • Assist with training and supporting store personnel in adopting new systems and technologies • Participate in project planning, implementation and rollout activities across the retail estate • Develop and maintain operational procedures, user guides and support documentation • Contribute to business improvement initiatives enhancing retailer engagement and operational performance • Undertake other projects as directed by management • Travel nationwide to support stores, projects and retailer engagement activities as required

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Management experience within grocery retail, convenience retail, FMCG or multi-site retail operations • Understanding of Retail Technology, networking and overall IT • Understanding of KPIs and SLAs with proven ability to adhere to them • Experience working with retail systems such as EPOS, self-service solutions, back-office systems or electronic ordering platforms • Ability to demonstrate a high level of ownership and project management • Strong analytical skills, resolution management, organisational skills and excellent time keeping skills • Strong verbal, written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and ability to report clearly back with updates to management • Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize workload and meet deadlines • Ability to communicate with people of all technical abilities • Flexibility and adaptability in approach to customer/business needs • Proactive and energetic approach to varied tasks and projects • Full clean driver’s license • Full permissions to work in Republic of Ireland
