📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field is described as ideal • Minimum diploma in business administration or business management • Keen and sharp eye for numbers, statistics, and numerical analysis • Preferably 2–4 years of customer service experience • Training or experience in frontline operations, including Livechat and Email • Experience in financial institutions or fintech is advantageous • Proficient in English and Turkish for communication and writing • Passion for developing knowledge and a long-term career in fintech/crypto trading firms • Ability to work as a team player; committed and self-driven • Ability to perform 5 days of shift work, including weekends and public holidays, on 8am–5pm, 4pm–1am, or 12am–9am shifts • Turkish reading and typing is mandatory
