📋 Description

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication for the Success team • Partner with Success Managers to organize onboarding, campaign launches, and recurring deliverables • Coordinate handoffs between Creative, Media, and Success teams to ensure alignment and accuracy • Monitor project milestones and task completion across departments • Keep communication, updates, and follow-ups documented in Airtable or Asana

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years in project coordination, client success, or marketing operations • Familiar with Airtable, Asana, HubSpot, and Google Workspace • Experience working in marketing, franchise, or agency environments
