📋 Description

• Manage finance admin tasks including data entry, reconciliations, and documentation • Support invoicing, payment processing, and expense tracking • Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks, Airtable, or other financial tools • Track and update project budgets, vendor payments, and internal spend • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing and reporting accuracy • Prepare recurring finance summaries and reports for leadership • Assist in refining finance workflows, templates, and internal documentation • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding finance-related inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in finance admin, operations coordination, or project management • Understands bookkeeping and finance documentation basics • Known for time management and handling multiple details at once • Strong accuracy in all things data • Familiar with tools like QuickBooks, Airtable, Google Workspace, etc. • Strong written and verbal communication • Can work independently in a remote setup
