📋 Description

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication for the Success team • Partner with Success Managers to organize onboarding, campaign launches, and recurring deliverables • Coordinate handoffs between Creative, Media, and Success teams to ensure alignment and accuracy • Monitor project milestones and task completion across departments • Keep communication, updates, and follow-ups documented in Airtable or Asana • Prepare project summaries and updates for leadership review • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve cross-department efficiency • Assist in implementing new initiatives and ensuring consistent execution • Maintain organized project templates and standardized systems for the Success department

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years in project coordination, client success, or marketing operations • Thrives on structure, accuracy, and detail • Builds alignment across cross-functional teams with clear, confident communication • Familiar with Airtable, Asana, HubSpot, and Google Workspace • Experience working in marketing, franchise, or agency environments • Works well under pressure and loves helping others succeed • Has a positive, can-do mindset and turns challenges into action • Experience supporting multi-location or franchise accounts • Background in digital marketing or creative project management
