📋 Description

• Manage and track technology projects such as CRM improvements, automation updates, integrations, and system rollouts • Work closely with developers and operations leaders to clarify requirements, timelines, and deliverables • Provide proactive updates and flag potential blockers to stakeholders • Maintain organized documentation and project tracking in Airtable or Asana • Test new system workflows to ensure flawless functionality • Identify opportunities to improve internal tools and processes for efficiency and scalability • Support integration and rollout of new platforms (HubSpot, Airtable, Google Workspace, JustCall, etc.) • Coordinate testing, adoption, and training efforts across departments • Maintain data integrity and ensure documentation standards are consistently upheld

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in project management, systems implementation, or technology operations • Excellent coordination and communication skills across teams • Familiar with CRMs, APIs, automation tools, and system integrations (HubSpot, Zapier, Airtable preferred) • Adept at identifying gaps, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing workflows • Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Highly organized with exceptional attention to accuracy and timelines • Works independently and thrives in remote setups • Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in marketing, SaaS, or automation-focused environments, Experience managing software development or cross-functional tech projects
