📋 Description

• Design visually compelling, user-friendly websites for a variety of industries and business sizes. • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs from concept through final approval. • Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. • Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is accurately translated into final websites. • Work within project requirements, timelines, and established brand guidelines. • Apply UX and conversion optimization principles to improve usability and user engagement. • Organize and maintain clean, scalable design systems and project files. • Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining design quality and consistency. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in web design. • Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, responsive websites that have been launched successfully. • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and design systems. • Strong understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first design principles. • Solid knowledge of UX, UI, and conversion-focused design. • Experience designing websites for Shopify and WordPress platforms. • Familiarity with website structure, layouts, and theme customization from a designer’s perspective. • Understanding of accessibility best practices, including color contrast, typography, navigation, and inclusive design. • Excellent visual design skills, including typography, spacing, composition, color theory, and hierarchy. • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a remote team. • Preferred: experience creating design systems and reusable UI component libraries. • Preferred: familiarity with website analytics or conversion rate optimization principles. • Preferred: basic understanding of HTML and CSS. • Preferred: experience working in a digital agency or managing multiple client brands simultaneously. • Preferred: knowledge of current web design trends, interaction patterns, and emerging UX best practices.
