📋 Description

• Ensure the application of software engineering standards, best practices, and principles in the development of data solutions • Design and implement scalable, resilient, and sustainable solutions for data processing, storage, and delivery • Investigate and resolve incidents and critical troubleshooting scenarios • Develop and evolve robust, reliable data pipelines designed to handle different failure scenarios • Support the definition and evolution of the team’s technical roadmap • Contribute to decisions related to data architecture and the adoption of technologies and technical standards • Optimize the cost, performance, and efficiency of data solutions • Ensure the adoption of data security, observability, monitoring, and governance practices • Mentor team members, promoting knowledge sharing and technical development • Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to identify needs and build data solutions • Drive continuous improvements in data engineering processes, tools, and standards
