📋 Description

• Develop highly complex and business-critical features, with a focus on quality, performance, and maintainability • Propose and implement scalable, sustainable technical solutions based on business needs • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical consistency across the platform’s projects • Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and E2E) • Actively participate in code reviews, sharing knowledge and best practices • Identify technical bottlenecks, risks, and recurring issues, and propose improvements • Contribute to the evolution of development, staging, and production release processes (CI/CD) • Maintain best practices in version control, code organization, and technical debt reduction • Contribute to technical documentation and development standards • Implement integrations with APIs and third-party systems, ensuring robustness and reliability • Ensure application performance, security, and availability • Use monitoring and observability tools to track application health and respond to incidents • Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and data teams

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript in production environments • Experience with modular architecture, separation of concerns, and scalable system design • Strong knowledge of architectural patterns (Clean Architecture, Design Patterns) • Experience with SSR, frontend performance, and application optimization • Strong experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and E2E) • Experience with code quality tools and CI/CD pipelines • Experience with structured code reviews and adherence to development standards • Knowledge of Docker and deployment pipelines • Kubernetes experience is a plus • Experience with observability (logs, metrics, and tracing), especially with tools such as Datadog • Ability to analyze monitoring data and proactively address issues • Experience consuming and standardizing REST APIs • Knowledge of authentication, security, and session management • Ability to implement and validate event tracking and funnel tracking • Attention to the consistency and reliability of collected data for analysis • Clear and objective communication, especially in asynchronous environments • Critical thinking and a systems perspective when making technical decisions • Sense of urgency combined with sound prioritization judgment • Proactivity and autonomy in identifying problems and proposing solutions • Collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with different teams • Organization and a focus on delivery predictability • Continuous improvement mindset and commitment to quality • Ability to balance delivery speed with technical excellence • Willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues’ growth, without requiring a formal leadership role
