📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality cloud-based SaaS applications under senior engineer guidance • Contribute to application modernization, refactoring, and maintenance of existing applications • Implement CI/CD pipelines, logging, and monitoring • Support SOC2 compliance through secure coding and access control practices • Participate in an on-call rotation and help resolve production incidents • Support containerization using Docker and deployments to AWS • Participate in code reviews focused on performance, reliability, and security • Collaborate with product managers, designers, senior engineers, and cross-functional teams from concept through deployment and support • Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation • Improve performance and scalability through testing and optimization • Stay current with emerging technologies and engineering best practices • Report to a Senior Engineer or the Director of Software Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 4 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in SaaS or web application development • Experience building applications on AWS cloud infrastructure is preferred • Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python • Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React and backend development such as .NET or Node.js • Understanding of cloud platforms, Docker, and DevOps practices including CI/CD, Git, and monitoring • Exposure to SOC2 or other compliance frameworks is a plus • Experience with DevExpress is a plus • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills • Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills • Ability to complete mandatory training and adhere to internal policies and the Code of Conduct • Resume and portfolio required when applying
