📋 Description

• Maintain accuracy of accounts receivable ledgers and reconcile accounts • Manage customer data, validate and gain approval for new accounts, and maintain audit records of changes and approvals • Process customer invoices accurately and promptly, including entering invoices into accounting systems • Resolve problems before invoices are raised and issued • Implement and comply with the Canonical credit control policy • Maximise cash collection through effective debt collection and track debts through conclusion • Ensure payments are received according to contractual terms • Assist with month-end bank and balance sheet reconciliations • Resolve questions and issues, escalating when appropriate • Maintain compliance with processes and procedures and recommend corrective action • Report directly to the Global Controller and develop through guided learning

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional education achievements in an Accounting or Finance subject • Excellent spreadsheet skills, including pivots, lookups etc. • Excellent attention to detail, with great organization skills and the ability to meet deadlines • Great communication skills for connecting directly with customers • Passion for Finance with ambition to progress your career • Experience using an enterprise level accounting system
