📋 Description

• Structure the project's physical schedule; • Produce reports on the project's physical progress to support the Project Manager (PM), including milestones to be achieved in the short, medium, and long term; • Participate in meetings and workshops to define and monitor the physical schedule, using the specified planning and control tool; • Apply the Company's existing schedule and risk management standards; • Participate in qualitative risk analysis workshops and in quantitative schedule and cost analyses; • Provide probabilistic assessments of milestone achievement based on quantitative schedule and cost analyses; • Use the corporate system to register risks and response plans; • Follow up with those responsible for identified risks and with owners of the action plans recorded in the corporate system, including analysis, control, coordination with stakeholders, resolution of open items and backlog remediation plans, periodically reporting to the Project Manager; • Perform other similar activities of equivalent complexity and scope.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of MS Project. • Intermediate knowledge of Primavera Risk Analysis. • Basic knowledge of Primavera P6. • Strong logical and analytical skills. • Proactivity and problem-solving ability. • Advanced or fluent English. • Negotiation skills and ability to liaise with internal and external team members. • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. • 4 (four) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services, subject to approval by contract oversight. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with active registration in the relevant professional council (where applicable). • The professional must hold one of the following: PRINCE2 Practitioner certification; PMP® (Project Management Professional); PMI-RMP® (Risk Management Professional); PMI-SP® (Scheduling Professional); AACE-PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional); AACE-PRMP (Project Risk Management Professional); or an equivalent postgraduate (Lato-Sensu) qualification, subject to prior approval by contract oversight; or an equivalent certification subject to prior approval by contract oversight.
