📋 Description

• Prepare and post journal entries and monthly accruals. • Perform balance sheet and general ledger account reconciliations. • Analyze financial records and assist with financial reporting activities. • Support month-end close processes and variance analysis. • Prepare management, operational, and regulatory reports. • Review and validate accounting impacts resulting from system or process changes. • Support supplier setup and maintenance activities. • Review invoices for compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Investigate and resolve payment-related issues. • Respond to supplier and employee inquiries related to invoices and payments. • Prepare operational metrics and reporting. • Participate in testing activities and special projects. • Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives. • Collaborate with onshore teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience. • Experience with journal entries. • Experience with accruals. • Experience with account reconciliations. • Experience with financial reporting. • Experience with variance analysis. • Advanced English communication skills. • Strong Microsoft Excel skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • High attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Preferred: Experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA. • Preferred: Exposure to Accounts Payable processes. • Preferred: Experience supporting audits or testing activities. • Preferred: Knowledge of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot. • Preferred: CPA certification or progress toward certification. • Preferred: Cost Accounting exposure.
