📋 Description

• Collect and analyze data through interviews and co-creation workshops • Prepare client presentations • Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations • Contribute to the firm’s internal initiatives through training, community engagement, and the writing of thematic articles • Contribute to digital transformation projects for industrial sectors such as energy, rail, automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing

🎯 Requirements

• Currently in the fifth year of an engineering or business school program, or pursuing a university degree • Seeking a final-year internship • Strong interest in digital challenges and opportunities • Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • Highly adaptable • Demonstrated ability to persuade through presentations, workshops, and written communication • Curious about a range of industrial sectors, including energy, rail, automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing • Comfortable working in multi-stakeholder environments involving business teams, plants, R&D, IT, and partners • Ability to coordinate stakeholders and build consensus to drive progress effectively • Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational rigor
