📋 Description
• Support clients across D365 F&O Supply Chain Management • Troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions • Work across procurement, inventory, warehousing, sales and planning • Manage support requests through to resolution and keep clients informed • Deliver smaller enhancements, configuration changes and continuous improvements • Work with developers and technical teams on complex issues, integrations and releases
🎯 Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX, specialising in Supply Chain Management • Experience working in managed services, application support or a live production environment • Strong troubleshooting skills • Understanding of incident, change and release management • Good knowledge across several Supply Chain Management areas • Confident communication and client relationship-building skills • Advanced Warehousing, manufacturing, master planning or landed cost experience is a bonus
