📋 Description

• Lead the CAS Training Design team in developing high-quality, scalable learning experiences that improve employee capabilities, operational performance, retention, and business results • Lead, coach, and develop Learning Experience Designers and Content Developers • Establish and maintain instructional design, visual design, accessibility, and technical quality standards • Review learning assets and provide actionable feedback on instructional effectiveness, usability, and learner experience • Manage workload, project priorities, resource allocation, and deadlines • Guide selection of learning solutions including e-learning, videos, job aids, performance support, and supervisor-led coaching • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to align learning solutions with operational needs and business objectives • Drive the evolution toward a scalable, capability-based learning model • Promote learning technologies, innovative design practices, and AI tools • Develop reusable frameworks, templates, and best practices • Identify opportunities to improve learning processes, content quality, and business performance through continuous evaluation and innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in instructional design, learning experience design, training development, educational technology, or a related field • Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or coaching design professionals or content development teams • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and digital learning development • Experience reviewing learning materials and providing detailed feedback on instructional effectiveness, visual design, accessibility, usability, and technical quality • Experience managing multiple projects, balancing team capacity, prioritizing requests, and delivering high-quality work within established timelines • Ability to evaluate business needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions based on complexity, urgency, scalability, and expected impact • Experience with e-learning development tools, digital learning platforms, and multimedia learning solutions • Strong understanding of visual design principles, content structure, learner experience, and accessibility considerations • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, designers, developers, and operational leaders • Strong coaching, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders • Bachelor's degree preferred in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, Curriculum and Instruction, Adult Learning, Project Management, or a related field • Additional knowledge of Cognitive Psychology, Learning Sciences, Graphic Design, UX Design, Multimedia Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Accessibility, Organizational Development, or Business Management is an advantage • CVs must be submitted in English; applications in other languages will not be considered • Valid, local legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based at the time of hire; FBS does not sponsor or obtain work authorization unless explicitly stated • Employees may not engage in parallel employment, professional activities, or paid work for other entities during employment
