📋 Description

• Contribute to digital transformation, data value creation, and the automation of business processes • Participate in artificial intelligence, generative AI, and business assistant initiatives powered by large language models • Work on augmented search, knowledge management, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions • Contribute to the design of Knowledge Graphs, business ontologies, and the structuring of corporate knowledge • Participate in Computer Vision, image and video analysis, and intelligent document processing projects

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent (five years of higher education) • 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or Digital Transformation Consultant • Experience in industrial environments, particularly in the aerospace and defense, rail, or automotive sectors • Strong expertise in business analysis, process optimization, managing complex initiatives, and supporting transformation projects • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum • Knowledge of scaled Agile approaches such as SAFe would be an advantage • Good professional command of English • Self-motivation, attention to detail, strong analytical and synthesis skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused approach
