📋 Description

• Design, implement, and monitor assigned product features. • Develop countrywide Property product pricing and contract changes. • Conduct data analysis and reporting. • Participate in national product initiatives. • Represent the enterprise Product team on state, regional, and national projects. • Lead assigned special projects. • Monitor strategic initiatives after implementation. • Research new personal lines insurance products and programs. • Coordinate with Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, and Marketing on product recommendations. • Coordinate cross-department assignments and avoid duplicated efforts. • Conduct coverage comparisons, assess new product needs, and research applicable state and federal laws. • Develop research proposals and presentations for Senior Management review. • Participate in joint research projects with Home Office departments. • Establish and maintain product-division training manuals and research/reference files. • Assist Sales/Agencies with materials explaining newly created products. • Support product-division computer systems and maintain suitable software. • Maintain relationships with organizations and individuals supporting research activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Insurance experience, particularly personal lines/property product development. • Experience with product design, implementation, and monitoring. • Experience developing countrywide Property product pricing and contract changes. • Data analysis and reporting experience. • Experience participating in national product initiatives and state, regional, and national projects. • Ability to lead special projects and monitor strategic initiatives. • Knowledge of industry developments. • Ability to collaborate across the organization and provide business requirements to IT for system changes. • Experience conducting research on personal lines insurance products and programs. • Ability to coordinate with Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, and Marketing. • Knowledge of coverage comparisons and analysis of new product needs. • Knowledge of state and federal laws regulating insurance products. • Ability to develop proposals and presentations for Senior Management. • Ability to establish and maintain product training manuals and research/reference files. • Ability to support Sales/Agencies with product interpretation materials. • Ability to support product-division computer systems and recommend software. • Intermediate Excel, Power BI, data warehouses, and Microsoft Suite; 4–6 years indicated for Data Tools and Microsoft Suite.
