📋 Description

• Support the executive and business leadership teams of financial institutions in optimizing their performance • Address people, technology, and regulatory considerations as part of each engagement • Contribute to high-impact projects in a constantly evolving, multi-sector environment • Collect and analyze data through interviews, co-creation workshops, and benchmarking • Develop strategic recommendations and present them in high-value deliverables • Contribute to the firm’s internal activities, including recruitment, training, offering development, and event facilitation • Work on topics including sustainable growth, digital transformation, innovation, regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Currently seeking a final-year internship to complete a degree at a business school, engineering school, or university • Strong interest in business transformation and digital innovation • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and French • Interest in financial-sector challenges, including banking, insurance, payments, and asset management • Curiosity, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
