📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery outcomes across cybersecurity consulting, projects, professional services, and managed services engagements • Ensure delivery of scope, quality, timelines, budgets, and client expectations • Establish and drive delivery governance, risk management, reporting, and quality assurance practices • Serve as executive escalation point for complex delivery challenges and critical client engagements • Lead cybersecurity program delivery across IAM, security transformation, SOC, MDR, vulnerability management, Zero Trust, GRC, cloud security, AI security, security architecture, threat management, and incident response • Provide technical and architectural guidance and strategic direction across cybersecurity domains • Review and challenge solution architectures for scalability, security, and client alignment • Advise executive stakeholders on cybersecurity strategy, operating models, governance, and transformation roadmaps • Partner with solution, sales, and practice teams on complex client opportunities and pursuits • Lead and mentor cybersecurity consultants, architects, engineers, analysts, project managers, and cyber operations teams • Build and mature cybersecurity delivery capabilities across consulting and managed services • Develop future leaders and foster a high-performance culture • Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, skills development, certification programs, and succession planning • Oversee managed services delivery and operational performance • Drive service improvements, automation, operational efficiencies, and customer satisfaction • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, contractual commitments, and regulatory requirements • Lead continual service improvement using AI, automation, and emerging technologies • Develop and adopt AI-powered cybersecurity offerings and services • Monitor emerging threats, technologies, market trends, and industry best practices • Develop differentiated solutions and go-to-market strategies with practice leaders • Represent Capgemini with clients, partners, and industry forums

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of cybersecurity experience with significant leadership responsibility • Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex cybersecurity transformation programs and managed security services • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across consulting, engineering, operations, and advisory functions • Strong expertise across IAM, SOC/MDR, Vulnerability Management, Zero Trust, Cloud Security, GRC, AI Security, and Security Architecture • Experience managing executive stakeholder relationships within large enterprises and regulated industries • Experience managing delivery P&L, resource utilization, margins, and contractual obligations • Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, operating models, governance, and regulatory requirements • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Preferred: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF, CRISC, or equivalent certifications • Preferred: Experience leading global or geographically distributed delivery teams • Preferred: Experience working within large consulting, professional services, or managed services organizations • Preferred: Exposure to AI-enabled security platforms, security automation, and emerging cyber technologies • Ideally already based in Melbourne or Sydney
