📋 Description

• Advising and supporting clients in the selection, implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions • Overall responsibility for providing comprehensive client advisory services • Capturing business and technical requirements and implementing them in Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Working in an agile project environment with a focus on CRM implementation and process optimization • Ensuring development quality through configurations and deployments in Microsoft Dynamics 365

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or an equivalent qualification • Solid process knowledge in Sales, Service and Marketing • Several years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Enthusiasm for digital innovation and a quick grasp of new concepts • Professional demeanor when working with clients • Business-fluent German and English
