📋 Description

• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies • Ensure the backlog and Jira tickets are properly maintained and kept up to date • Identify blockers and implement actions to improve collective performance • Facilitate communication between developers, business users, and other IT teams • Track work progress and analyze variances against the planned schedule • Participate in scaled Agile ceremonies • Work closely with business stakeholders • Coordinate with operations, architecture, and support teams • Calculate and communicate team capacity • Participate in gathering and clarifying requirements • Contribute to drafting and prioritizing Features and User Stories • Support the preparation and execution of testing phases

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent master’s-level qualification • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset • Team-oriented and willing to support others • Strong attention to detail and rigor • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to seek help when blocked • Experience level: Experienced professionals
