📋 Description

• Deliver innovative products and experiences for clients • Perform hands-on original product design and development • Work with multi-faceted, multi-disciplinary design teams • Develop electronics from concept architecture through implementation, compliance activities, and transfer to production • Assess project and product risks and manage de-risking processes • Focus on delivering products to market • Integrate hardware, embedded firmware, and software • Comply with internal processes and company documentation procedures • Communicate how electronics development affects broader project constraints to clients and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or an equivalent combination of education • Experience with product development workflows such as waterfall or agile • Experience designing electronics PCBAs and hardware, including digital, analog, high speed, RF, power, and motor control • Experience across the full lifecycle of electronics development, including concept architecture, implementation, compliance activities, and transfer to production • Proficiency with Altium Designer • Experience with Design for Test, Manufacture, and Assembly • Project and product risk assessment, including de-risking process management • Experience integrating hardware and software • Experience with detailed compliance activities associated with safety standards such as IEC 60601, IEC 62368, and IEC 61010 • Experience in a consulting environment • Ability to articulate and control how electronics development affects broader project constraints to clients and external stakeholders • In-depth knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in electronics sub-disciplines including digital, analog, high speed, RF, power, and motor control • Detailed experience integrating embedded firmware and software in hardware, including STM32, nRF, and iMX series processors • Follow company standard documentation and procedures, including ISO13485:2016 • Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team • Product-focused approach to engineering and development
