📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for web applications and browser extensions • Perform accessibility testing against WCAG, Section 508, and EN 301 549 requirements • Conduct manual accessibility testing, including keyboard navigation and screen reader testing • Use accessibility testing tools such as axe, Accessibility Insights, Lighthouse, or similar • Conduct or contribute to VPAT assessments and prepare Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACR) • Document accessibility findings and work with development teams on remediation • Support accessibility regression testing • Integrate accessibility checks into regular QA processes • Coordinate testing activities and work across multiple product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in QA Automation / SDET • Practical experience with accessibility testing • Experience performing or actively participating in VPAT/ACR assessments • Good knowledge of WCAG and accessibility testing practices • Experience with automated and manual accessibility testing • Experience with Section 508 and/or EN 301 549 • Previous QA Lead / Test Lead experience • Ability to coordinate testing activities and work across multiple product teams
